Special characters in webtier

I'm having problems using special characters on a project using the
webtier. I have a name with a special character. The special character is
displayed fine the first time I do a reques (the character is not changed
to i.e. &#235, this would be better).

When I do a second request to the same report (say: I change the zoom) the
special character is replaced by another (wrong) character.

Is this a bug, can I do something to solve this?

I'm using Report Builder 9.03 on a Delphi 2005 project. The reports are
used on an ASP.NET website.

    There was a RB 9.03 patch for this - I just email it to you...
