Latest release of RB and infopower3k support

I just got through loading RB's latest release I received the email on.
Everything went fine. I then wanted to add support for InfoPower again. I
went through document step by step. I get down to where I am suppose to
compile the package and get an error about IP50_d5 not found. It is correct
because I do not have this file anywhere. WHat am I missing? I have done
this 5 times before and had no problems..

for RB, yet.
