Label Template Avery 5389

I'm trying to print postcard using the label template 5389. The
problem I'm having is that the printing is creeping downward by 3/8"
from the first postcard to the second postcard on the sheet. Are there
specs on how to set the print area size?

The 5389 label template should create a 4 inch tall by 6 inch wide detail
band. Is there a bottom offset assigned on the detail band?

Thanks Jim, I didn't notice that the band height had slipped on me.
