Delphi Versions Support

I was reading your reply to the question about the support for Delphi XE having been dropped in RB 19. I also am using Delphi XE and am reluctantly looking at updating to a newer version of Delphi to get better support of third party controls. One of the things you stated in the previous reply was -

Some of the new features we have added the last versions are only available for newer Delphi versions due to limitations in the older VCLWhich version of Delphi is the minimum to get the full range of features in RB?

I recommend using the latest Delphi and ReportBuilder versions and participating in the subscriptions. Using the latest tools provides the best Windows 10 support and things are improving going forward. It's a moving target.
