Email function not working on one machine


RB Enterprise v 20.00

We have a customer who has multiple machines, on one, when the report
preview is visible, selecting the email button has no effect. Whereas for
other users the report would be saved as a pdf and the outlook send screen

On my Delphi computer, it works, on other clients it doesn't work, all with Windows 10 64bit, and Outlook 32 and 64bit.

Can you offer any diagnostic ideas to help us track down why the email
function does not work?
