Excel Export Column Alignment

When exporting to Excel using the XLS Report option with 'Merge Cells' set
to false I'm getting some blank columns as expected but I'm also getting the
header for one or more columns ending up in an adjacent cell instead of over
the data it belongs to.

I checked the alignment of the title and column and both are set to
right-justified. What else should I do to get the headers in the correct
columns?

    Try setting AutoSize to False and set the Width to be the same.
