Personalizing unit to ppDsgner

Good afternoon!
My name is Elisson, I is of Brazil. I am personalizing unit to
ppDsgner, occurs that when including a new item of menu and when compiling,
is returned a message from error having informed:

[ Fatal Error ] ForReport.pas(8): Unit raClcDlg was compiled with different
version of ppDsgner.TppDesignerWindow.

Note: when removing of the declaration of You use unit raIDE, the
compilation occurs normally.... You it could assist me....???

    You cannot modify the 'interface' sections of any unit that is used by RAP
    (the runtime Pascal environment).

    You can/modify menu items by accessing the TppDesigner.Menu property or by
    using the TppDesigner.MergeMenu feature. You do not need to modify the
    source code.
