end user explorer - some questions

Is it possible durind the execution of a program we register the xustom
report explorer for a function and remove it for the next and then put it
back again... basically switching between two custom explorers ,.. and also
is it possible to re initialize the custom explorer? at some events?

If you haven't launched the report explorer form in your app and it hasn't
been created yet, then yes, you should be able to make the registration call
to register the one that you want to be created. Initialize the report
explorer in the OnCreate event of the report explorer component.
