a question about Citrix and Report builder strange behaviour

Hi,

We have a D6 app with Reportbuilder. This runs fine on Oracle SQL Server
a.s.o.

We save reports in a blob.

Now this:

When we run the program (through the BDE) on a SQL Server, it runs fine.

When we run the same program under Citrix to the same SQL Server it causes
problems.

Then we get an error that properties are not found a.s.o.

What version of RB? Properties not found usually means that you are loading
templates created with a later version of RB than the report engine which is
compiled into the application that is being used to load the templates. Can
you test with a very simple file based template application on Citrix,
taking the database out of the equation? Are the templates in the database
created and loaded with the same version of RB or not? Citrix introduces
permissions issues with the RBuilder.ini file. You can change the
RBuilder.ini file location in the ini file setting properties of the
designer component.
