Throubles with footers when exporting to XLS Data

I'm using RB12.02 and D2007, and I seem to be having some issues with the
placement of some data when exporting to XLSData. I have 2 footers 1 Group
and 1 in a summary are being placed in the middle of my detail bands. So
for example I have an output like so


Detail band
Detail band
Detail band
Footer totals
Summary totals
Detail band
Detail band
Detail band
Detail band

When I print it to XLSReport the footer and the summary are at the bottom of
the report where they are supposed to be. Any ideas?

Also The first item in one of my footers has a save order of 0 and yet it
prints to the end of the row. I'm not sure if this is related to my save
order bug I posted in a different message.
