Access-Violation in RB12.02 Preview

Hi,

on some Customer-Machines we get access-violations on preview a report
to screen (RBuilder 12.02).
On other machines (with the same exe) we don't have the problem. Also
we didn't have the problem with RBuilder 10.

All customer machines have WinXP with SP3.

Printing the report to paper works on all machines.

We don't have access to these customer machines.

The question is, whether somebody has faced such a problem yet?

Has somebody an idea how to chase this problem?

Hi Josef,

This is not a known issue with RB 12.02. Does this happen with every report
previewed or just certain reports? Are all the customers that receive this
error using the same printer?

no, but things like it. I use madExcept and log the exceptions (I also
upload them to a server and can view them when trying to provide phone
support), which gives me a call stack and a screen shot. (There's another
tool, afaicr it is called Eureka, you may want to check out--similar to
madExcept).
