how to access component in subreport through code

hi,
how do a get a hold of a component that lives on a subreport in a report?
i'm traversing all bands and all objects of those bands of a ppreport, and i
do find the subreport but i have no clue on how to query the subreport for
the component to find...

ok i found the report property of the subreport
so now i can iterate recursive and i get a hold of the wanted component

next step is to remove the component from the report, simply freeing the
instance does not do the trick...ideas?
