Regarding Query Wizard

I am trying to get the Query Wizard and Query Designer to work for me,
however one of my problems is I am using a BDE replacement Database called
Accuracer by AidAim software it is a singlefile database that I have
encrypted, I installed the ODBC driver for it and created an alias but I get
the message ( unknown database ) any suggestions
