Expression

?I have an app for my end users to build reports. When they go to Query
Designer/Calc and select Expression there is no place to type the
expression. The text box never shows. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    For future reference please use your real name when posting to these
    newsgroups.

    You can type your expression directly into the combobox. Once you
    select "Expression" begin typing.

    Hi Greg,

    I apoligize if I'm being unclear.

    You type the expression into the same combobox that you select
    "Expression" with. This is a multi-use combobox.

    I also recommend upgrading to RB 12.05 (free upgrade for RB 12 users).
    Contact info@digital-metaphors.com with your serial number for upgrade
    instructions.

    Sorry.

    As to typing the expression, that's the issue. The combobox never
    appears. I believe we are using v12.02. Is it an issue with the
    version?

    This is my first posting so maybe I put it in the wrong place.
