Is there a Flag in designer to say the report is new or modified(changed)?

  Hi Kevin,
  
  You can use the Report.Modified property to determine if the report has
  been changed inside the designer.
  
  Setting the Report.SaveAsTemplate property to True will give the user a
  message when they try to close the designer to save if the report has
  been modified. This is useful when saving/loading reports from
  templates. Otherwise the report definition is saved into the .dfm as usual.
