Small issue with dataview
Only a small issue but it is a gotcha I am seeing with end-users on a
regular basis, if the user creates a new dataview and doesn't use the wizard
they can easily forget to add any fields to a selected table. This result in
an exception being raised about illegal SQL, they report this as an error.
Could the dataview warn users they haven't selected any fields before
allowing them to close the dialog?

Comments
this case so that end users aren't confused about this error and that
they've actually just forgot to select fields for the new table.
