We have not heard of this error with ReportBuilder before. It is my understanding that this is a C++ error given when an exception is not handled properly by the C++ exception handlers. See here:
Are you able to recreate this with a simple, minimal example using only Delphi and RB components? If so, please send the example in .zip format to support@digital-metaphors.com in .zip format and we'll take a look at it for you.
