Possible refinement tp process of integrating TeeChart into RB.

Hi Team,

Today I did a refresh of my RBEnt install. As such I needed to re-install the Full TeeChart using
rbTeePackBuilder.exe.

It is worthy of not that in Windows 10, can't speak for other versions, rbTeePackBuilder.exe had to be 'Run as
Adminstrator'.
Might be helpful to puyt into the ReadMe.doc.

From:
Directions for use

- Close Delphi. (Always shut down Delphi prior to running the utility).

- Use Windows Explorer to locate the RBuilder\TeeChart. directory.

- Launch the RB TeeChart Package Builder by double-clicking rbTeePackBuilder.exe

To:

- Launch the RB TeeChart Package Builder by double-clicking rbTeePackBuilder.exe. Note: This may have to be
