no responce to emails to digital metaphors

Our companies administration officer sent an email in order to sort out
payment for report builder. NO RESPONCE!
I sent an email to ask for help in interfacing to report builder. NO
RESPONCE!

I am happy that I am getting responses from newsgroup however no responces
are being received to direct emails to digital metaphor.

Is everything OK?

I am in Austalia and Digital Metaphors office hours are in the middle of my
night. Not at a time that I am available to call.
So E-mail is the only option. But we are getting NO RESPONCE!

    Hi Sir Wally,

    I'm very sorry you were not able to get in contact with us via email.
    Occasionally valid emails will be automatically placed in our junk email
    folders without our knowing and our responses can also be blocked as
    well. I will check our server to be sure this is not the case.

    For future reference, we try answer most questions within 24 hours. If
    you do not receive an answer from us in that time, please feel free to
    post here and we will do our best to find a solution.

    please resend, I will get you taken care of asap.

    I was out of the office Monday afternoon and Tuesday, support@ email is a
    bit behind, will be getting caught up today. That said, I don't see anything
    from you. Please send again.
