There's no one home at DM!

edited September 2002 in General
I'm trying to upgrade to v7, but so far, it's been impossible.

First, the online form requires a serial number.
I can't find mine anywhere. It's not in Help About, it's not in any emails
from DM I've received. I don't know where it is.

Okay, so I tried calling. First Sales, then Customer Service. No one answers.
On top of that, the expected "beep", so I can leave my number, didn't occur on
either line.

How does a person put in an order?

Second thing is that I have a complication: I've had Enterprise for several
years and have never used RAP. So I have to ask myself: "Self, why are you
paying for something you don't use?" And the answer was... (well, we'll leave
that to the imagination).

So I need to "downgrade" from Enterprise to Pro (which means I can't use the
online form).

Now, can anyone here tell me how to get ahold of a live person at DM so I can
accomplish this?

TIA

Mike

Sorry that no one was available to take your call. I tested the phone
system, and I was able to leave a message. Please call back, or e-mail
info@digital-metaphors.com with any questions. We will be happy to assist
    you.

Did you ever find out where the serial number is - I'm in the UK and really
don't want to phone the US just to find out.
