Indian Currency Symbol ₹ is saved as ? in saved PDF file.

RBuilder Version: 14.08
Delphi: XE7
I am trying to save the report result in pdf format. Report having indian currency Symbol ₹. In preview ₹ is showing correctly. But when saved it is displayed as ?. I believe it is related to ANSI\UNICODE Charset problem. But no clear view about this. How to print this?
