ppRESTMailGmail and ppRestMailOutlook365 missing in Delphi XE2

Hi,

It appears that ppRESTMailGmail.pas and ppRestMailOutlook365.pas are missing in Delphi XE2. Are they not available for this version of Delphi XE2? If not, can I connect to Gmail, Outlook.com and Office 365 using another available SMTP library?

Hi,

It appears that the ppSMTPIndy10 library can also be used to email using Gmail, Outlook.com and Office 365. How do I access and set the UseTLS propertly of the TppSMTPIndy class?

Hi Scott,

The REST plugins extensively use the Delphi RESTClient features which were introduced for Delphi 10 Seattle. Therefore the plugins are only included for this or later versions of Delphi.

It is possible to use our Indy plugin to connect to virtually any SMTP server. See the following article on how this can be done.
