"Invalid pointer operation" when exiting Delphi IDE after installing Report Builder 20

I've just downloaded and installed RB 20.0 (19.04 was previously installed) and now when I exit the Delphi IDE I get a small dialog box that pops up saying "Invalid pointer operation"

Rebooting the PC makes no difference.

Delphi 10.3.2, Windows 10

What else would you like to know?

I encountered the same problem. Would like to know if there is a resolution or workaraound.

We're researching a solution. This error is isolated to unloading the RB design-time package for Delphi 10.3. It does not affect using RB in Delphi or applications built with RB.
