RB designer disappears when minimized

We are using Delphi 10.1 and RB 18.01. When the Report Designer opens and user clicks on Minimize button, designer minimizes and sits on the bottom left corner. As soon as I click on the application icon that is in Windows Taskbar, the minimized RB designer form disappears and there is no way to bring it back. Eventually I have to go and close it from task manager.
When user click on a button on main form, an exe is called, which launches the RB designer. Please note that the exe has one datamodule where RB components are kept and from project file(.dpr), the designer is launched. The designer is opened as non-Modal form. There is no form associated with the exe.
Is there anything done wrong here?
