Use a TppTeeChart, and add a series like this (untested):

lSrs: TSeriesClassName;
begin
lSrs := ppTeeChart1.Chart.AddSeries(TSeriesClassName) as TSeriesClassName;

end;

It's easier in 7, but here is some code (clipped from my app--it's been
remmed out as I use the new method):

Didn't even realize that was there, but then I was focusing on the group, not the detail.

Mmm, it works if I run a enduser demo and launch the designer, and then

Do you have an idea about why the designer doesnt close itself when it run

Good suggest, I think
And this one is "the suggest of the suggests" :-)
I wish you can make this possible in future versions

Thanks, that should get me going.

Hi Patrick Moloney,
ask your users first.
You need to have a preview window if you want to preview your reports, it isn't necessary for printing.
You must not display the outline.

Jim,
I downloaded and studied the tip, combined with your suggestions below with
some success. It's not perfect yet but I'm concerned with how to fix it. I
already have a group for income and expense, as you suggest.

Hello,
I mean that the sources of the printer matrix don't trim in time of project,
when I change the configuration of the paper to leave in way landscape.

This has been discussed quite a bit. You will find different results with
different printers. Seems to be a driver issue.

Jim,
Indeed the report/data menu didn't have the proper pipeline selected.
Now it works fine,

Hello Ed,
Here's the content of the DFM you asked for. I hope you
can figure out what the problem is.

Is the report/sub report connected to the data pipeline? If so, what are the
settings for the data pipeline? (Post the DFM of it here).

Jim,
That was the problem... It now works fine.
Thanks,

Ed,
That's going to be a problem since only some reports exhibit
the "problem". Creating a report that has the problem
outside of my application may be a challenge. I'll see what
I can do.

Send a report that reproduces the problem to support. Works best if your
demo uses a JIT pipeline with some data that doesn't require extrenal files.

Hi Pascal,
see 'RBuilder.hlp', in order to get around these error messages you must either compile your project with packages or purchase the registered version of TeeChart from www.teemach.com.
