Hello Jim
I've sended you (at support@digital-metaphors.com) a demo project which
shows the problem.
Let me tell you what I've found out so far (perhaps might help you). When my

Still the same behaviour. I've copied the code snipset you've sended and the
result was the following error (in the case that HaveData returns True) :

Jim,
I found the problem. Indeed, there are some more virtual abstract functions
I had to override.
Do you have an explanation for the other problem?
We have a datamodule with a ReportExplorer, ReportDesigner, Report…I forgot to mention something,
We have our own AutoSearchDialogs. Theses worked fine in the 6.03 version.
Is there something changed to this in the new version?? Should I do
something specific to get them working again?
<…> They work in the title band, but not the header.
it's not a bug, it's a "feature"
Ciao, SandroHello,

Since I posted the first message of the thread I didn't have time to look

I havent even looked at the Pragnaan (but will check it now anyway).
However, I've been using the Waler component for nearly 3 years with a

There is a demo at www.waler.com/download.htm that will work with your

Hi Julien,
I don't have any particular axe to grind, but this weekend I downloaded the
Waler component (didn't know which was better either, but I needed a quick

I'm already writing to text pipelines and that gets too cumbersome because
of the lack of query options for them - you end up writing out way too many
text files. I was trying to avoid that without making my customers load

The example you sent worked under RB 6.03 after I ignored all of the
