Ok that makes great sense to me. I think i can handle it, but if you do
already have an example of such a thing i'd like to see it.
Thanks.

Nico,
Thanks... Since I would want to traverse data unnecessarily
disconnecting the pipeline seems to be a good idea.

No other changes were made to the report except converting from 6.03 to
7.03. CachePages was set to false.

How were you going to let me know? The reason that I ask is because I
received a very strange message related to this from somebody. The message
did not look like it came from the report writer people. Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply, this could be the same problem. Do you know if there
will be an update to Report Builder to fix the problem?
Thanks

Hi,
take a look at the
'Skip of the GroupHeaderBandBeforePrint' message I send on 23/09/2003.
I think it could be the same problem

Hi Nico,
I'm using 7.03 professional and D7. The problem has to do with the NewPage

Hello Nico,
Good to hear you're planning the port to Delphi for .Net.
I met David I last week and he said Delphi for .Net will be announced at the
BorCon and will be ready to ship this year!

Sorry, but my DBCalc component does not have "Timing" in popup menu!
"Timing" menu have "Variable" component!
Thanks,
Don't know if this is the 'right' answer, but I got it to work by putting
this in the OnGetValueText event:
begin
if aValue < '0'
then aValue := '0';
end;
Thanks - But using that check, I will lose the components when I an done
printing and are back at PrintPreview, won't I?

Hello Nico!
This was just what I needed, and it solved all my "problems".
I am learning more and more of the fantastic tool RB every day now, and I
really like it!
Thanks again!
Kind regards

Nico,
Any news on this issue?
I still haven't got around to recompile RB to fix the problem. When I looked
at it, it seemed like a bit of work to understand what I need to recompile,
and in what order.
Best Regar…Thanks,
Looking at it again today, I see that I was probably looking in the wrong
place where I commented:
#2 Function FormatValue in function TdaSQL.ResolveCriteria.
A bit down where it says:
else if…One correction. Your existing code supports blank spaces, but fails on
commas and quotes.
I can confirm my problem went away when I reverted to RB7.02 for D6.
This sounds very similar to the problem I was having with 7.03 as well, with
a report displaying bitmapped PDF417 barcodes.
I forgot to say that I have CachePages set to false.

Magnus
If I compile the same report with the Old 7.02 I don't have this problem.
BR
Magnus
Thanks I will give that a shot.
