RB native printing to PDF files started with version 10, as far as I
remember.
You should use a tool like ExtraDevices from Waler for this in version 9.

I had problems with the rotated barcode. It always messes up when there is
no data in the field when you are designing the report. It kind of shrinks
in to a corner and moves the position on the form. I did post about it… -

issue is not necessarily a Digital Metaphors/ReportBuilder problem. I've

I recompiled and re-installed the TExtraDevices package but I'm still
getting an access vilolation (some kind of memory read error) when I try to
run the reports.
I installed RB 7.04, but now whenever I start Delphi 7 or any of my reports,
I run into a bunch of errors. Something about procedure entry point could
not be located in dll rbRCL77.bpl. I think it's because I'm using the
TExtraDev com…its a flag on the designer

Thanks - did the trick. I was experimenting with something similar but
using TppRegion and handling my own row counter.
