Could you not use a mail merge field from a db memo text field? So, your report
would have static and variable text mixed. If a condition is met, the table with
the variable text field will have some text to insert into the… -

problem. Is the chart always going to be in the same place? How to figure

I have to also say that the marks work on the main chart, but not on the RB
chart.
The RB chart is a plain chart, not a DB chart, and it copies the points from
the
main RB chart. Everything on the reports looks fine, except no c… -
So why digital-metaphors reset the DBCalc to zero when a group starts
printing instand of finishing. Or give a property control for the end-user
to control the reset timing. Is this possible in the next RB version?

Hi there,
finally I got it working.
The reason of the illegal page in the kernel.dll was, that the DLL
printing the report did not receive the proper handle of the calling
executable.

the illegal page error when closing the application.
Debugging showed that the invisible parent window is already nil when

I tried the demo project and it worked fine.
One difference between the demo and my project is that the Demo is an
EXE and my report is a DLL.

I certainly don't think you're stupid! RB is the best reporting tool I've
ever seen. But,,,
I first reported this in July, after upgrading to 6.0. I sent an example to
tech support in July too, and it was acknowleged as a bug in…I am need of it as well.
