See the TppReportTemplate class - you can access it via TppReport.Template.
You'll be able to use Template to load from files, databases or streams.

BSOD is design-time only. That's the minor problem. What about the

Thanks both. My machine didn't have a problem - it was an end-user who
"spotted" this issue for me. It's D5, so I'll go check what it needs (it
works in Win98 without problem though).

I believe that 64K limit is the default behavior of TCustomRichEdit since it
uses RichEd32.dll. You may want to research TCustomRichEdit.MaxLength and
the EM_EXLIMITTEXT message.

Man,
This is just a duplicate of Textradevice, and you are asking more than
ReportBuilder itself !!!
Are you on this planet, or you come from elsewhere ?

This was my fault. I didn't override the abstract methods. Everything
is working now. Thanks for your help.

I seem to get an access violation when I add the initialization and
finalization code, then call TppReport.Print.
-
Will this make it NOT use the old print dialog when calling
TppReport.Print? Do I have to do anything special to disable the old
print dialog?
-
The behavior is correct in ver 6.03.
Thanks Tom.

Hello,
I've looked at the demo code you indicated.
We do exactly the same.
We are working with SQL Server and are accessing it using Asta.
