Controlling the order of several Sections

How can i change the order of the sections.
Allthough on the main reports Sec1 if before Sec2, in the Report Outline
they are inverted, and i suppose this order is the 'main' one.
How can i change this Outline ??

Section style subreports print in z-order. The z-order is shown in the
report tree outline.

Use BringToFront, SendToBack to control the z-order.
