print sequence of section style subreport

edited October 2003 in Subreports
IN my group footer band, I want to print subreport1, subreport2, subreport4
in print sequence. subreport 1, subreport2 is child type subreport and
subreport 3 is also child type subreport, In the summary band of subreport3
I place subreport4 which is section type, but the result is subreport 4 not
print after subreport2, but overlap with subreport1.
I already set subreport3 shift relative to subreport 2 and subreport2 shift
relative to subreport1.
Is there any good method?
I use section type subreport 4 because I want it to start in a new page and
not print the header band of main report

You should nest Section subreports within Child style subreports. This does
not make logical sense because the Child style subreport is meant to print
like a memo and the Section subreport is meant to print like an independent
    report.

I have not tried this, but perhaps create another group with the same break
value. Place the child subreports in the first group footer and the section
subreport in the second group footer.

I have followed your suggestion and place child type subreports in inner
group and section type subreport in outer group, but now there is a blank
page print out OCCASSIONALLY before the section type subreport is print out,
I can't find out exactly when this will happen, but it SEEMS that if the
content of inner group (child type subreport plus some other component
inside region) is printed near to the bottom of a page and if the next page
is section type subreport, then a blank page will be printed before the
    section type subreport.
    How to solve this problem?
