Reponse not being detected by Webtier

Hello

I have a report which I know from my log (below) has been created

However, the webtier never seems to get a response saying the report has
finished

Has anyone ever come across this?

I am using Report Builder Server 10.02

Try to determine what is different about this report than other reports that
are working correctly.

being reported by other customers.
