Modify the generated Html

Where should i change some code in order to modify the generated html.
What do i want to do ...

There is nog way to link reports to another report. Before switching to
ReportBuilder we where using WebFocus (Ibi) & ReportNet (Cognos). Both
superb and very costfull products. With Reportbuilder i'm at a lower level
but i can achieve things i couldn't dream off before.
But .. i can't link report.

I wanted to get some text in a label such as '<<a
href="http://whatever.com">Some Text>', where the <<a> would be
interpreted as the start of the anchor and > as the end, and so
manilulate the html so that thhis text isn't printed but btransformed into
the right code.

Would this be realizable ??
