    We don't experience this problem.

Is a printer is installed on the machine? Try installing the HP Laserjet 4
driver and be sure it is your default printer. This will test if the printer
    driver is causing the problem.

You may have a corrupt installation if the printer driver doesn't fix the
    problem.

What other 3rd party components do you have installed into Delphi? We are
running Win2K. Do you have any Delphi updates installed?

i have tried with HP 4000 Psotscript and with Deskjet 990.

    corrupt:
i have deinstalled the bpls from Delphi5 Packages, then deinstalled from
windows-Software, then deleted all the items in the path.

    Then i reinstalled Rbuilder

    same result.

    i have installed:
    All TurboPower-Products
    WpTools with ReportBuilder -Support
    ImageEn from italians
    TeeChart 5Pro
    BuilderControls
    Walers actual Rb_Devices
    ISDN-Tools

all related Rb-Tools (WpTools-Support for RB, BuilderControls and Waler) i
    recompiled after Installation.

    i am runniung W2K with SP2, MS SQL 2000, Installed Acrobat 5, HP 4000
    Postscript, HP Deskjet, some Faxdrivers.

We know that the HP Laserjet 4 driver will not cause this problem. It
should be listed as a driver that can be installed from your Windows cd.
Please, install this driver temporarily and have that printer set as the
default printer on your machine. You'll have to start a fresh session of
Delphi after that in order for RB to be able to use the newly installed
    printer driver.
