CheckBox preview is ok, but doesn't print correctly

edited September 2001 in General
Hi All,

I just noticed that check boxes preview as expected, but when actually
printed I get a 5 with a circle around it. The same reports work OK on
other computers. I'm guessing somehow my WingDing font got messed up? Any
other possible explanations? I'm using D4.3, RB Enterprise 5.53. Thanks
for any thoughts you might have.

You may want to update your printer driver on that machine, since it
previews correctly, but just doesn't print. The fact that it does print to
the printer from other machines perhaps points to the driver on the
non-working machine? I would think that the windows font works correctly if
it can render it on the screen.

Thanks Jim. I should have thought of the printer driver as the culprit.

I uninstalled/reinstalled the problem printer. (Same drivers as before.
Somehow they got changed?!) Check boxes now print as expected.
