Teechart is missing on Installation on 10.3
During normal installation of RB19.03 Teechart was selected.
RB runs normally but has no Techart components.
I tried then RBTeePackageBuilder.
It failed because it did not find Tee925 and other similar files.
From what I know that should be Tee926 instead.
The dpr files in Reportbuilders Teechart directory shows a mix of 925 and 926 files.
I did not change it so far since I dont know if this is intended by you.

An updated build of RB 19.03 for Delphi 10.3 was uploaded less than a day after the initial release with this fixed. Please re-download and re-install ReportBuilder to automatically install the RB/TeeChart packages for Delphi 10.3.
