Add External keyword to MS SQL reserved words

A new reserved word was added to SQL Server 2008 and 2012, 'External'. Could
this please be added to the daBuildMSSQLServerReservedWordList procedure in
daSQLReservedWords.pas?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the info.

This will be added for the next release of ReportBuilder. There is also
a patch that adds this for RB 14.08. Registered users of RB 14 can send
an email to support@ to receive the patch.
