Slow SQL with DBISAM
We have converted a database from Paradox to DBISAM and have been very
pleased with the speed we see with DBISAM ... unfortunately the reports we
have written with Report Builder and DBISAM are painfully slow. A report
with Paradox that takes < 1minute to spool can take over thirty minutes with
REport Builder. We can take the same Query in DBISAM and run the same query
in < 1 minute. Does Report Builder just not work well with DBISAM or is
there something we must do? thanks, LL
