Detail band not printing

Have a report with a Header, Detail and Footer.
The Detail section holds four ppDBRichText controls in a section and a
second section inside the first section with a horizontal line.
ppDBRichText2 has ShiftRelativeTo set to ppDBRichText1, ppDBRichText3 has
ShiftRelativeTo set to ppDBRichText2 etc, Region2 has ShiftRelativeTo set to
ppDBRichText4 so that the line inside Region2 will be drawn after all the
text. Region1 has KeepTogether set to True.
The problem is that sometimes, often, when a detail doesn't fit on a page
and are supposed to move to the next page, only the horizontal line appear
on the following page.

Never mind, the problem is solved. I screwed up in the setting for the two
DBPipelines that drives the report.
