Autoserach fields tab pages aliases

Hi,

Is there the possibility to create an alias for the tabs showed on the
autosearch fields dialog?
I mean that, if i define the query to read the table TXXXX, the query name
is what is showed on these tabs.
I would like to keep this name to reference the table with its name in the
RAP but I would like to rename the tab to, i.e., "Delivery ityems" instead
of "TXXXX" that doesn't means nothing to the user.

Go into DADE. Then open the datview by going into the SQL tab using the
query designer. At the top there should be an edit box which lets you set
the dataview's description. Then re run the report and check the autosearch
dialog. It should display the new description for the dataview in the tab
control.

Hi Antonio,

There is no alias that it can use. You'll want to set the description on the
dataview in the edit box. That is how the tab control gets its text value to
display.
