Arranging DBMemos

I have two DBMemos, each of which can have a variable amount of text
(300 to 1500 characters) The DBMemos are aranged on the report one above
the other. Is there a way to force the second DBMemo to be say 1cm below
the last line of text in the first one. If I space them out at the
meximum size the first box can be - then it looks very strange if there
is not much text.

For future reference, please use you full name when posting to these
newsgroups.
If you have these memos set to Stretch, you can also set the
ShiftRelativeTo property of the lower memo so it will shift up or down
based on the size of the first memo. Setting the BottomOffset property
of the first memo will ensure space is left between the bottom of the
first and the top of the second.
