Hi,

I have HP Business Inkjet 2230/2280 printer installed and a report with 3
section report and when i send to print, if NewPrintJob property was set,
it not print and my program is blocked..

Are there any configuration that i have to do on my printer or can i do
anything else to solve this problem?

Hi Veri,

This is not a known issue. Is this a network printer? Are you sure you
have complete access to the printer driver? What has changed since you had
everything working before?

Hi Nico,

It is a network printer but i have complete access!

Nothing changed, i just try to print whit this printer and didn?t work. I
try to print with others network printers (HP Officejet 4300 and Epson
Stylus Photo 820) and was print normally.

The problem happen only with HP Business Inkjet 2230/2280 printer and i try
unsuccessfull to reinstall the printer and update printer driver .
so i thought that i needed to configure something on my printer to make it
work.

Have you any suggestion about what can i do?

Hi Veri,

The fact that you are able to print to other printers successfully and not
this specific printer leads me to believe that this is a printer or printer
driver issue. Are you able to print to this printer from a local machine
with RB?
