drill down sub report totals in main report

Hi,

I'm using Report Builder 10.05 and I've been struggling for a couple of
hours to display totals of items in a drill down sub report on the main
report. I have tried using Variables and rap code to sum the totals but i
got very strange values. Has anyone been able to accomplish this?

Hi Jacques,

When a subreport is in drilldown mode, the components contained inside the
subreport are not automatically created until it has been drilled down.
Since you are using ReportBuilder components to make calculations, you need
these components to be created and calculated to obtain a correct grand
total. You may try either making these calculations elsewhere in your
application or perhaps calculating these sums inside another query in your
database to remove the need for the subreport(s) to be drilled down.
