Hi Nico,
I was about to ask the same question as George.
Does that mean, that I can have one "naked" report on my form without having
all the report's objects being defined in my Unit and still use the reports

I want to print 7 details bands in each page.
Each detail band has one image and one rich text, also the band has a

Each band can has a different height. I want to split the blank spa… -

That's it!
Setting SkipWhenNoRecords on the master pipeline did not help. But
setting it to false for the detail-pipeline worked fine - though I
still do not understand the documentation (it's quite confusing): It
says:

The EXE-File will do? I could extract the file from my Delphi7-project
but as it uses TurboDB instead of the BDE I'm not shure if it will help?

Hi,
after changing the properties in order to get a blank report I
discovered the follwing:
RB only prints datasets that have subsets, like
CustNo 123: Mark Meyer
- Order #123
- Order #456
<…Hi Nico,
... that's interesting - but what to do if the user doesn't want to
have all data printed but only data belonging to December 2003? :-(
Happy new year!

Hi,
well I couldn't resist testing this feature immediately and though it
seemed to be easy to realise, there are either some bugs in RB or I do
not understand the documentation:
If my detail-tab is linked to the mast…Thank's Nico,
That's what I need.
Happy new year.
I tried to print a form with a Tshape with 'bsCross' brush style, and it

I tried to print the report to a PDF printer and it work fine.
If I print the PDF to a normal printer it work.

I came up with a work around that sets up the labels in a sub-report
with a dynamic height detail band.
The main report uses a static height detail band. The solution
seems to be more complex than I would like.... but it works …Thanks for you help Nico
done.

1. I cannot print my report to my A4 printer because the report width is too
wide and error is generated
2. My customer doesn't use FinePrint. They print directly to their ESPON
LQ1170 printer or laser printer
3. All the reports …Just found the solution: Rebuild the Report Builder DCUs !
I really don't know why it didnt work with the original DCUs, but it works
perfectly with the new generated ones.
Thanks.

So any more ideas ?
I could blame my machine, but its happening in other computers too, so it's
not a local problem...
Carlos
So can it be a problem of the Brazilian versions of Windows/Drivers ?
Carlos
Nico, did you test with Windows 2000 SP4 using the included HP 850C drivers
?
Carlos
Nico, any news about this problem ?
Carlos
Yes, it happens with all the included demos, for example, the demo.dpr in
the "1.Reports" dir.
Configuration is Delphi 7 Enterprise, Win2K SP4 (Brazil), HP 850C, RB 7.03
Ent.
Let me know how I can solve that.
