Hello,
Don't they have some form that I can make something very simple, without
using other components?
Thank you

hi nico.
that doesn't solve my problem. i have to set the inner group footer to
invisible. actually the report looks like this:
new york 1st street
new york 1st street
---------- ( inner footer)Thanks for the reply, I found the problem. When the reportheight
(headerband.height + detailband.height + footerband.height + topmargin +
bottommargin) is larger than the paperheight it will start looping when
PassSetting is set to ps…probabilly the external rtm file doesn't have the event Footer.BeforePrint
linked ;-)

Hi Nico, thanks for your quick reply

download the demo of version 9 and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi, Tom
Try GridPack for ReportBuilder at http://www.planitechnologies.com, and
GridPack for ReportBuilder supports RB9.

It occurs the same with no event code.

It appears that this happens when it prints a ppLabel and the next
ppLabel has the same style. If i position new lables with different
styles between the labels with the same styles it will print fine.

I am using RB7 on Delphi 7
I also tried to replace the TppLable with a TRBText from RBaddon with

Hi,
I foun the solution for this problem. You must close the queries before
starting the first report. Therefor the second report works fine. It is not
enough to close them on design time.
Thanks
Ronald> Ok, I know that I can use template events to initialize templates at
what do you mean? sure it is avaiable at run time.
it sounds like you want the features of RAP--can you upgrade?
you could config…Him Nico...
Ok, I know that I can use template events to initialize templates at
runtime, but the DetailBand.OnBeforePrint event of the template is not
accessible at runtime.
We can't use RAP, because we use RBuilde…Nico Cizik (Digital Metaphors) wrote:
Great, thanks. Somehow the replies to my previous query did not come in
on my reader...just saw them via Tamarack.
Thanks a lot,
Tom..

it sounds like he wants to have his data represented in a tree form in a
report.

Thanks for the quick reply!
We are testing upgrading to RB9 on a machine but have compatibility
problems with TExtraDevices / Indy & TWGrid, so we are not ready to move
over…I have also found a similar problem of TppVariable OnCalc event and have
already sent a example one month ago and still has not receive any
response!!
Sorry for the unclearity.
From Rb to a text file. I use the Text File export device.
I will do send via the helpdesk when I use an attachment.
Regards,. Ronald
Sorry, I exported to textfile.
Hello Nico,
I exported to file. After that a imported in Excel.
Why do I have to send to support@digital-metaphors.com. only when I have
attachments or do I always send my questions to the helpdesk?

Thanks very, very much Nico.
I was searching through the docs....I should have just looked at the demos.
Thanks again,

Hello,
This is the second time I have had this type of data loss issue with RB, the
last time I did a keep together it was on a simple data compoonent, this is
not possible this time as I have about five pages of RTF to display.
…it's owned by the datamodule/form, not the report.

So how do I refer to this lblCompany from Delphi calling program ?
to
check the lblCompanyName.Band.ClassName property, that it is the detail
band.
