Thanks for the suggestion, but as I mentioned in my original post, I have

Jim,
When I assign datapipelines to all the subreports, I get endless (nonblank)
pages in Print Preview. Also, the pages are no longer in the desired order.
We get all of the cover letters, followed by all of the enclosures, an… -

I guess this is because the main application has a few reportbuilder

Hi Jim
What you described below is what I have been working on today. I am going
to attempt to make generic code that obtains the necessary information (such
as field type, name, SQL statements, etc) from an .ini. So every rep… -
Hi Jim
Thanks for the response. Since you said "You do not need RAP to do this",
does that mean RAP cannot provide this feature? We are under specific
guidelines not to customize the search dialog for each form. I take it
I've jsut managed to repeat it. I had colour as clNavy. When I change to
black it prints OK. This despite other text on the report(not pplines) with
clNavy color printing OK.

I am using RB 6.03. And I have tried to install a fresh WIN98 with no
default printer and my application is working fine. Any more clues?
Hi Danny...
Did you check if you have a default printer installed on the machine this
error occurs?
Cheers, Marco

En…Jim,
Thanks...The structures are simply replicated from the RB documentation. I
thought it was odd that these were boolean...but did not want to create more

John,
the TeeChart packages were renamed in 6.03. You'll see a reference to this
change in the Release.doc which directs you to the TeeChart topic in the
online help. Basically the package is now named dclRBC66.bpl instead of
David,
While it might be cool to have some RCL components which automatically
reposition themselves to fit within the printable area of a printer's
physical page, that could cause some rather unpredictable results in reports
I solve the proble of infinite page, moving controls from
detail band to title band. It's the only way IMHO.
Have you other solution to print more then one envelope ?
Thanks
Wayne,
You need to be casting rbInput.PreviewForm.Viewer as a TppViewer, not just
enclosing it in parenthesis, thus:
TppViewer(rbInput.PreviewForm.Viewer).ZoomSetting

This is a TeeChart file, not a ReportBuilder file. If you don't have the pro
version of TeeChart you'll need to compile with run-time packages to avoid
this message.

Okay I fixed the double line problem by setting the region to parent
height. I don't know why this works but it does.
Now my detail is being kept together and the lines are thin -- not thick
Reply to my own post:
Okay I fixed the "keep together" problem.
Putting every detail field in a Region did the trick.

Additional info: I removed the other (copied) report from the form, and the
behavior is still there (new report objects do not show up). I also tried
saving the report to rtm, deleting it, and replacing it with a fresh report
