graphic shows in preview but does not print

I have a jpg on a page style band that previews fine on all computers.
It will print from my development computer. Other network computers
have a black square print. The graphic should be compiled into the exe
(no packages used) shouldn't it? Why would it not print to the same
printer?

I also get invalid parameter when this report displays on some network
computers. Any ideas there?

Try toggling the transparent and directdraw properties on the image
component. If that doesn't help, also download the latest printer driver
from the printer manufacturer.
