AV on exit with Delphi 10.4, RB20.03 and Debug Win32

Is anyone else having access violation issues on app exit when the following finalization line runs?

raUnRegisterRTTI(TraTppTeeChartRTTI);

Only seems to effect debug win32 at the moment - which I'm using a lot at the moment as the Delphi IDE doesn't work very well for our main project if compile is set to Win64 (jumping, code insight etc all fail)

This is not a known issue.

I'm using Delphi 10.4 and RB 20.03 daily and have not encountered this, and we've had no reports from other RB developers..

As a test, try running of the RB demos installed to Public Documents\RBuidler\...

As a test, try creating a simple test project with a form containing only a Report and a button to call Report.Print.
