Custom DADE Plugins

Hi,

We built our own Dataconnection components currently based on Devart UniDAC.

We are looking at using QueryBuilder as our User and Developer level
interface for reports.

How hard is it for us to implement a DADE plugin based off our own
Components?

We used own own descendant data connection componets to allow us freedom to
move from any data access components that stop being fully supported.

    Creating new DADE plug-ins is not difficult. All of the DADE plug-ins are
    very similar, I recommend picking an existing DADE plug-in as a starting
    point. You can either use one of the plug-ins included with RB, such as
    daADO.pas or you select one from this DADE plug-in download page. For
    example, the download page lists a UniDAC plug-in.
